School Sponsorship Renewals May 2012- Ben, James and Alice attend public school in their local town. Their school tuition sponsorship is being renewed for another 6 months.

March 2012- School sponsorships have been renewed this month for Beth, Samuel, Daniel, Sammy, Kylie and Dalton.
Computer Training
Feburary 2012- We are thrilled to help Wei receive computer training. This schooling will provide her with a job skill to sustain her once she leaves the orphanage.
2011 Education and Development Projects
Nursing School
December 2011- We close 2011 with the privilege of helping to provide next semesters nursing school training for Cui. This young lady is working hard to accomplish her goal of serving others through nursing.

November 2011- School sponsorships are of such value that they are being renewed this month for James, Ben and Alice.
  
New Clothes and Outing
September 2011- For nine elementary school kids an exciting day is ahead. They will be going on a shopping adventure to buy new clothes for school. Each one attends the public school in the village where they reside in foster care. Hopefully, this special day will include a trip to McDonalds as well. What and exciting time this will be.
  
College Education
September 2011- It is a rare occasion when a child who has grown up in an orphanage is given the chance to attend college. We are honored to help Rong reach this goal through the provision of tuition, books and room/board.
Preschool Opportunity
September 2011- Adorable Will is being given the opportunity to attend preschool in the village where he resides in foster care. We are excited that he has this chance to develop socially, cognitively, emotionally and physically.
New School Kids
September 2011- Join us in welcoming these special little guys to the school program...Petey, Gabe and Ben. What a joy it will be to watch them blossom in their new environment.
  
March 2012 UPDATE- We rejoice with the news that Ben and Gebe have been adopted!!
School Sponsorship Renewals
July 2011- School sponsorships are being renewed to help allow Jane, Lianne and Ellie continue to attend school in their local villages.
  
February 2012 UPDATE- Jane can be shy in larger groups, but is friendly and confident with just a few friends around her. She loves art class and is hard working. Lianne loves being the classroom helper, and is active and polite. She works hard to improve her skills. Ellie is no longer being sponsored.
A New Student
May 2011- Anna has just begun attending school. The other kids are making her feel welcomed. Losing your family is devistating. We are grateful Anna has a caring teacher and classmates that are surrounding her with acceptance.
February 2012 UPDATE- Caring and kind, Anna is a gifted helper and has adjusted very well to class. She is working on enlarging her reading and counting skills. She is expressing and artistic.
New To School
February 2011- Brand new to school is precious little Kylie. She is being gifted with the opportunity to begin experiencing an atmosphere of exploration and development with lots of developmental toys that she will love.
May UPDATE- Kylie has made a smooth transition into the classroom setting. She is comfortable around the teacher and other kids. Her classmates are making her feel welcomed and a part of the group.
February 2012 UPDATE- We have watched Kylie blossom in her first year of preschool. Happy, adorable and active, this soon to be 3 year old is a friend to all the kids in her class.
More Education Sponsorship Renewals
February 2011- Joining the six school children [previous entry below] with renewed sponsorships are nine others this month...Beth, Samuel, Daniel, Steven, Matthew, Teddy, Lee, Sammy and Sylvia.

October UPDATE- Teddy has been ADOPTED!!
Education Sponsorship Renewals
January 2011- Six of our school children's sponsorships [Kaden, Dalton, Parker, Vicky, Allie and Emily] are being renewed for another six months. We have seen remarkable advances in their development and are happy to aid their continued participation in the school program.
     
May UPDATE- Emily has been adopted!!
July UPDATE- Kaden, Dalton, Parker, Vicky and Allie have had their school sponsorships renewed for 6 more months.
August UPDATE- Kaden has been adopted!
October UPDATE- Parker has been adopted!
Carry-Over from 2010
January 2011- As we step into 2011, twenty-two children continue with education sponsorships. Fifteen of them attend a school established within the orphanage. The other seven attend the public school in their village/town... Beth, Samuel, Steven, Matthew, Daniel, Sylvia, Sammy, Teddy, Lee, Parker, Emily, Vicky, Allie, Dalton, Kaden, Kimmie, James, Alice, Ben, Jane, Lianne and Ellie.
